It's a perfect family destination. It has a beach with calm waters, has a jetty , protective nets , covered BBQ areas, public toilets, a cafe and plenty of paid parking. If all these wasn't enough, the reserve also has a large kids play area with sun shade. There is a lovely ( not too easy) walk from the reserve to Bradley's Heads.
